Urbanic — Refund not issued as yet

I had ordered for 3 tops from Urbanic on 1st Sept 22.it was delivered to me on the 9th of September. I returned one of them on 12 th Sept.22. Got the approval from the company about the refund which was to be with 7 to 10 days. It is 29th of Sept 22 and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. All CC numbers provided are obselte. There is no response to my mails and the chat takes hours to get active. Please help.

Please be informed that your refund for the order was initiated from our end on "12th Sep'22".The exact amount refunded from our end is INR 958.00/-. It will reflect into your source account i.e. Paytm wallet.
