Urbanic — Refund not received. Item picked up

My order has been picked up on 6th jan and today is 12th jan but till today i haven't received my refund. I enquired with customer care and they said they initiated the amount on 6th itself and to check my bank account but i have been checking it since 6th but till now its not reflected in my account. Please return my money.
