Urbanic — Refund of my product

I placed an order a month ago for 2 items out of which one item was delivered and one item i cancelled it and i paid the amount through online mode.. I keep on asking for the refund but i have not received it till now its been month.. They keep on answering on mails and saying that they have sent the refund from their side but how can they send bcz they didn’t even asked me for my bank details.. This is totally fraud i request you to please solve my issue..
