Urbanic — Return cancelled even after 2-3 request

I've received a order on 11dec2021, since that day i requested return 2-3 times but it was showing that request is approved, then awaiting pickup bit still no pickup is done.. And now today again pickup has been cancelled. 10 days have exceeded.. Now it's not taking return also
It's not my fault, it's the other side.. No pick has been done.. Even after request of 2-3 times.
I also wrote emails to the official mails.. But no response
