Urbanic — Return not processed | |
Urbanic is the worst app, have been trying to return a product for past 3 weeks but not able to. The app return policy requires to upload a picture but the uploading always fails n the return request can not be completed. This seems like an intentional gimmick. There is no number to call on. I am stuck with a bad quality product and feel cheated. URBANIC CLOTHING IS WORST. Was this information helpful? | |

Got my order today but the size of one of the products is too big for me, I'm trying to return the product but the pics are not being uploaded at all.
