Urbanic — Return Pick-up

This is to bring into your kind notice that firstly I placed the return request of 15 products against my order ID[protected].

Although there is NO LIMIT mentioned in the return policy o[censored]rbanic, but later I receive a call from Customer Care that return request of only 5 products can be placed at a time, therefore the same was cancelled on June 11, 2022 and I placed manual return request for 5 products only.

It was mentioned on call that once the return request of Ist 5 products are completed, they will take the return request of next 5 products.

Since June 11, 2022, despite my several reminders & follow-up chats with customer care executives, the return pick-up request of even Ist five products is NOT completed yet.

Every time I am receiving a standard reply that my return request is placed and will be picked up in next 24-48 hours, but nothing has happened yet.

As I have to return 15 products, now, even the window of 10 days to return the products is also expired. because of which neither I am able to place further return request nor my Ist manual return request of 5 products is still pending.

You are requested to please intervene, investigate & help me to resolve the matter on priority.
