Hi
Even after repeated emails, Urbanic is not picking up my return order and refunding my amount. It’s been 2 weeks now and all they say is “Wait for 24-48 hours”; which is their standard response to every email that the customer sends.
Please refer to the attached screenshots to see how well they fool the customers.
I am fed up following up with them. All of this shows their company culture. However, I am not ready to let go my amount and will fight until I get justice.
