Urbanic — Return pickup is not picked up

I have raised the return request of my 4 items which I have ordered from Urbanic .I have schedule the return request for those items next day only but they are not picking up my items and after completing 10 days of return policy they have cancelled the request and I am not able to raise the return request again from Urbanic app. When I have raised the concern to the Urbanic team they are saying to me from past few weeks that return will be rescheduled in 24/48 hours and I got the daily SMS code for return pickup and after that I got the SMS unable to pickup your package and when I am trying to call the delivery guy they are so rude and mentioned to me that we can't pickup your 4 items, you can talk to Urbanic. Sometimes they say its a technical issue from Urbanic side and Urbanic is saying there is some issue from delivery side.

I have sent so many mails and in that they are assuring that it will be picked up and it's almost half month that my items are not picked up and they are even not refunding my money .Not even they call and ask the concern just sending the mails and live chat
