I have ordered a few dresses from urbanic which didn’t fit me and I wanted to return.
There were 2 orders which I returned by individually putting a return request for each one of them. I have been waiting for 20 days for the return pickup
First time the courier person himself cancelled my return request
Second time the courier person didn’t show up nor contacted
The third time I recieved a call from urbanic saying that we are rescheduling your return pickup and they wrongly selected a different return address without asking,
Also the courier person told me since there is 6-7 return dresses It cant be picked up together asked me to request the return again but I am not getting an option on the app to return, it is saying AWAITING PICKUP for the last 20 days (screenshot attatched)
Please let me know what should I do ?
I have contacted Urbanic several times
Talked to 2 representatives on call,
Sent several mails still the issue hasn’t been resolved.
What is the next step that is expected from my side.
