Urbanic — Return request cancelled and now not accepting return

My order pickup was being delayed by urbanic from last 20days I was waiting for the pickup but there service experts said that please wait for 24-48 hours I have forwarded your request but no action was being taken and now they have suddenly cancelled the return request. the return window is also closed it showing exceeded 10days. They just don't resolve my issue they just postpone it by saying we are looking into the matter but nothing is being done by them about the return. I want my refund ASAP
