Urbanic — Returned goods amount yet not credited in my bank account

I have already dropped you email multiple times regarding have purchased simplicity wool look coat and due to size issue I returned it on 18 Jan 22. Coat has been picked by one of your employer but amount is yet not received in my account. my order which has been returned but still waiting for a refund from your end however not receiving any response from ur end.
Order detail-My order number is[protected] which was ordered on 02.01.2022.
Kindly confirm when I can expect my money back.
