Urbanic — Ruched A Line Dress

I ordered the "Ruched A-line dress" on 20th September 2022 but have not yet received it. Its been 15 days and there is also no update on the tracking page of app. I kindly request you to look into the matter and deliver it as soon as possible.

It's been 4 days since I complained, no response from Urbanic. I don't think they are doing their part in this transaction. After mailing it also they are saying the product is delivered, but I haven't received a single call from the delivery service. It is very disgraceful for the company which is still in the budding phase in this region not caring to provide satisfaction to their customer and just increase their problems. I once again request the company to consider my complaint and take the necessary steps.
