Urbanic — Rupees 9092 has been taken from me

I had placed my order on 07 Jul, 2021 18:26:35
My order never reached me until now and when I am asking for a refund the customer care is not responding appropriately. I need my money back as it is a large amount of 9092. There has been no response from the company’s end which I am hereby claiming to be a fraud. Please help me out.
