I ordered from Urbanic a Shirred Pullover Blouse around 2 weeks ago. My order id is[protected]. have received a pair of shorts instead of the item I ordered and when I submitted the return request on the basis of receiving the wrong item, they cancelled my return saying they sent the right item!
