The delivery guy delivered the package on a Saturday at 11.00 PM. That is beyond the delivery hours.
Secondly, he did not update the status of the package as delivered because of which we cannot return the items and claim the money.
We have been talking to the customer support people since 5 days now and all we asked them to do was update the status or initiate the return for us. They have not been doing either one of it but have been harassing us day and night.
Every time we contact them through Chat, as there is no phone call option, they make us wait for hours and hours before replying and when they reply, our issue is still not resolved.
We have emailed them our invoice on their registered email id but again, no action taken by them at all in 6 days.
They have a 10 day return policy and its already been 6 days but we are unable to return because they failed to update it in their system purposely.
The amount is not less for a common man, and the company is purposely delaying so that we don't get our money back.
This is harassment and we need immediate action along with compensation as we have spent most of our time in these past 6 months to get our simple issue fixed. Was this information helpful? |
