Urbanic — The order of my dresses

I ordered a bulk order from Urbanic.
And today was the date of delivery, but the packages come open and was not at all organized well. While discussing with the delivery guy he said that he has been working with those packages from morning so it's supposed to be open. And i don't think that this is the proper response to a consumer who raised a complain. Also the delivery guy was very rude and shouted that I'm not a fraud to keep it open and look inside. We were extremely shocked and we returned the dresses. It was a package we had our high hopes and expectations for. It was truly devastating to think about this matter. If you're not taking proper action on how delivery agents should treat the consumers, we're going to look this matter further if it gets no response or if it continues. We hope we'll get a proper response regarding this.
