Urbanic — Urbanic harassing me for payment after receiving payment

I ordered for the first time from Urbanic in May' 2022. I paid through UPI after scanning the QR code the delivery boy showed and then received the dresses worth 2572/-. After this the delivery boy kept coming back to my residence claiming that money is not received in company. He asked for the screenshot of the transaction which I shared to him through Whatsapp. But he came back again after a few days asking for the money. I requested him to not come at my residence without notice and asked him to leave after confirming again that the money has been deducted on the date od delivery. Later in August' 2022, 2 strange men came at around 9 pm to my residence, showed me the same screenshot I shared with the delivery boy and claimed that the money is not received by the company and pressured me to reveal my bank account details. They kept creating a scene and harassing me at my residence in order to get my bank acccount details. But I suspected that these people were fraud so I did not share the account details with them and asked them to leave. I immediately mailed to [protected]@urbanic.com regarding this harassment and shared the computer generated bank statement snapshot with them clearly showing the transaction. They apologized in their first reply and later said that they have been trying to get in touch. I requested Urbanic to share the details of the person contacting me, to which they did not reply. Now today I received another harassment call from Urbanic ([protected]) : Shweta Desai and Abhishek (he refused to reveal his surname) claiming the same issue. When I asked if he had received the email that I sent to urbanic support, he denied that. Then I asked his full name again, he refused again. When he refused to mention his full name for the third time, I warned him of taking legal action and hung up the phone. However, I called back again to request their details again but the number became consistently busy afterwards. Then I called the delivery boy who had actually delivered the dresses and asked his account statement and address. He refused to share the same and hung up the phone.
