Urbanic — Wrong product delivered | |||||
I have ordered a simplicity faux fur coat on 15th of January from urbanic but instead I have received a wrong product. This is so not acceptable.This is highly disappointing. I have requested for the quick replacement of the product or Grant me a refund to their customer support but there is no reply or assistance regarding this from their side. Only an auto generated mail has been send that my mail has been received by them that's all. Such disappointment and harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
