[Resolved]  Urbanic — Wrong product delivered

I recieved wrong products from them i immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that they checked and correct product was sent. Then i contacted them by mail and told about my problem and then they took my response seriously and for the first time requested the photos of the parcel and product and bill (earlier i was just sent the response without them requesting anything). But then also they replied that they extensively investigated and found that correct item was packed but hoe can this be true if i got the wrong item.

While my problem was resolved and the wrong item was picked up and i was provided the refund the overall process was terrible to say the least. When i first requested a return without any verification i was told that no there was no problem from their side. Then i emailed them explained what happened and then they took some action asked for photos of tags and bills for confirmation but this time they also replied the same way. The worst part was they told me each time that they "extensively" checked that correct item was sent and asked me to check at my end like obviously i had the correct product and i was just not looking at it and somehow a magical different product that i did not order was in my hands. But then as i lodged a complaint here then they took action i got a call from them and this time they did not care for anything they did not want any proof or any photo they directly approved the return request and approved the refund which to me was not a customer centric move but more of a company image restoration move so while my problem is resolved they did not do that to agree their mistake but just to get a complaint marked as resolved to protect their brand name which would not have been a issue if they just cared for the customer beforehand.
