[Resolved] Urbanic — Wrong product was delivered | |
I had ordered 4 necklaces but one of the necklace I had received didn't match the one I ordered. I filed a complaint with urbanic's customer support and I received an email confirmation with the ticket number. In they next few days, I kept receiving a mail saying that my issue was resolved when in reality it wasn't. It's been over 10 days since I lodged a complaint and I haven't received any updates regarding the same. Was this information helpful? | |
