Urbanic — Wrongly delivered products | |||
I ordered a lot of stuff on aug 07 2021, out of them 2 products were wrongly delivered, trying to return them from 7th aug and still it hasnt been picked. The pickup guys come and say products dont match so they cant pickup, even when i explain im returning it because i received wrong products they deny the pick up - This has happened 6times the guy came and said no.. talk to customer service Ive tried talking to them through email, twitter and the app chat explaining the issues about image, sent them the all the images, bar code, product tag and wrong product image to update in the pickup guys device they either say it'll be picked up be patient or ya we'll look into it wait for 24-48 hours - This has happened ~10-12 times and eventually they cancel the return request im at my wits ends how to return it, and the products are not my size, neither do they fit anyone in house, these urbanic ppl dont have a phone number either..this is the suckiest and most frustrating experience ive had with any portal..
