Urbanpro — Don't provide proper service

Hello,

I am a registered user (tutor) o[censored]rbanpro for the past 6-7 years and in the beginning i.e for 1 or 2 years they were really good and I was able to get proper service from them.

But nowadays they charge high coins to get each contact approx.135 coins to get a contact and so if you purchase 1000 coins for a price of Rs.1239 we will get ony 7 contacts and it is so difficult to get those contacts converted into a potential contact ( i.e they book with us ( tutors ) to take up the tuition. Even for the best tutors ( Urbanpro ranks the best tutor or top tutor who pays them more and more like someone taking the Rs.5000 plan ) the conversion % would be less than 2-5% only.

Now, they have come out with the "Buy coins" plans for Rs.1000, Rs.2000 and Rs.5000 only and they remove the previously existed plan of Rs.400 and Rs.600 plans. How would a tutor who is tight on budget would buy the above mentioned higher plans to buy the coins.

Moreover why should their model be such that they ask money from the tutors who provide service to the students. Shouldn't the students only pay if they need the tuition service ?
But here the Urbanpro gets money both from the parents and the tutors ( majorly from tutors ) and don't provide good service to both of them.

If we ask for refund they say it will take 7 days. My question is why should I wait for 7 days, by this time if they contact the parents they would have forgotten what communication they had with the tutors and they may say that no one contacted them and due to which the Urbanpro will not give refund. This is another smart way followed by Urbanpro not to give refunds.

Also, their customer service don't address any issues reported properly, they keep on explaining their process ( which benefits only Urbanpro company ) for all the issues reported. Many times they are rude in their communication, the support people don't know how to send proper emails.
