Pathetic company. I started a class and after one lecture the tutor didn't show up. When I asked for the refund they denied it saying that it's against their policy and they can offer only replacement. When I found 1 replacement they couldn't even proceed that saying that there is a technical glitch and i need to wait for another 2 days. Yesterday they said it is resolved now and it is still not resolved and they are still not offering refund. FRAUD COMPANY. And very rude customer service staff. Even they are not ready to compensate for the wasting my time for the inconvenience caused. Their tutor left the portal and they are punishing me for that. They don't have escalation system on the chat. The chat guys keep on asking to wait you for the call. When they do call they do not take any ownership what so ever.
