Respected Sir, I, Laxmi Narayan Padhy, want to inform you that I have been cheated by a company named Urgent vacancies.com. It all started on 18th Sept, 2014. I had uploaded my resume to different sites for jobs, becuse of now i am jobless I am Software engineer I have total 12 years experience and that I got call from above mentioned company.They asked me you want to job change.I got your profile fI would get job offers. I received a call on my cell number [protected] from [protected]. The person told from naukri.com and we provide a job in good multinational company that is Accenture, IBM, TCS, Infosys etc.You access our portal and pay few amount i.e., Rs.2360/ for life time job change support .After access that portal i upload my resume in that potal and paid rs.2360 /-.We will send your resume to good compamy for your job, That person (Abhishek ) given phone to another person (Vivek Sharma), Vivke told me go to home page and select cart.i selected that cart and seen 5730 amount mention on it, he told me you pay it for background check.Again I paid it, then again he told me, again you go to that cart and selected mentioned amount i.e., Rs 11460/- .I paid it also, Total i have paid Rs.19550/- amount through my ICICI credit card.After that Vivek told me last option you fillup and go to home page again select cart, i have seen Rs.15236/- amount for security deposite, we will return on salary.You salary 6.3 lakhs to 6.8 lakh, I refused to pay last amount.he told me and forced me .You anyway pay it, otherwise we can not provide your job, If you have payable that much amount (Rs.15236) .We ensure 100% job provide to you.and you will get job within 10 days. I had doubt on that person and refused it. and told hime refund me paid amount .he told me we do not option to refund your money.it The website also seemed very genuin showed all the transaction well. After next day i got some call it was always for money. I had doubt on them and searched the internet and found that the urgent vacancies have cheated many people like that and I was not alone. They are cheating me. So I request to please look into the matter. If require any information I will provide.I want refund money and arrest that company MD, They cheated many persons Thanks

The person told that my resume is selected by multinational company and will get job, but you will open our website and payable Rs.2360 for life time support for job changing.I belived and paid it through there portal on my ICICI Cradit card, After paid above amount .They again told me .You will to pay Rs 5730 for documents verification. I did that but after doing that he said Rs 11460 more will be needed than you will get job within 10 days.I totaly paid from my ICICI Cradit Card Rs.19550/-.I did all the transaction online. After that much amount i paid .They again told me.You will be paying security amount that is Rs.15230 I will get refund amount on your salary. But I refused it and didn't paid, They forced me to anyway pay it otherwise we can not provide 100% job surity to you.I doubt it and seraching complaint against this company.I got many person has been cheated by this company.It is fraud and cheated case.They called me again and again .asked to pay that pending amount Rs.15230 and i also asked them what is surity to provide me a 100% job, They send me a Email.After Rs.15230 amount you payable in our account.We will provide 100% jobs . The website also seemed very genuine and it showed all the transaction well. I had doubt on them and searched the internet and found that the urgent vacancies have cheated many people like that and I was not alone. I told to refund my deposited amount and also complaint to ICICI Bank customer service department as a dispute, But ICICI Bank called me and told we can not take complaint against that transaction, It is 3D secure transaction.So i want your help, Kindly request you to catch that company MD and submmited to court and return our money.So I request to please look into the matter. Respected Sir, I, Rahul Kumar, want to inform you that I have been cheated by a company named Urgent vacancies.com. It all started on 8th January, 2014. I had uploaded my resume to different sites for jobs, I am an CSE engineering student in the hope that, I would get job offers. I received a call on my cell number [protected] from [protected]. The person told that my resume is selected by Wipro and will get job, but I have to pay Rs 1500 for documents verification. I did that but after doing that he said Rs 15000 more will be needed than you will get job within 10 days. And will be refunded as I will get the money back. So, I did all the transaction online. But the next day he again called and said to pay rs 9000 more due to some service, I in order to save that 15000 paid more money as asked and wanted, this continued for some days, and i paid him rs 40000. The website also seemed very genuine and it showed all the transaction well. So I never had doubt on that but as the days passed, I wasn’t getting any service from them as well if i got some call it was always for money. Then I called them and they will say we haven’t made the call but the number was theirs only. I had doubt on them and searched the internet and found that the urgent vacancies have cheated many people like that and I was not alone. I told many times to provide me the services but they never did. Then one of my friend visited their office and they just said we don’t have the list of payments and we haven’t charger him, but on the same very day I received call from them assuring that I will get the job but I never did. And they are cheating me. So I request to please look into the matter. I am providing information below for the same.

Initially the urgent vacancies person asked for payment of 2100 it became 2400 then after paying 2400 they asked for payment of 5700 for completion of process. I don't know why these fraud companies are allowed in INDIA to fraud with people. Request GOVT of India to BAN such type of companies and

Fraud done by the above company, they have contacted me through land line phone no [protected] on 25.06.14 and they bluff me that they are forwarding my resume to Private banks and NBFC companies, they demanded to pay Rs 2360/- towards enrollment of my resume so that they can refer my name and they require this amount for resume development purpose. I have paid that amount and again they demanded to pay 5700/- towards process fee then I got a doubt on them and i refused to pay that amount. Yesterday on 04.09.14 I have received a phone call from mobile no.[protected] and a female executive asked about my feed back regarding their website urgentvacancies.com i told I am not satisfied. Then she told me that they will refund my amount of Rs. 2360/- then she connected my call to MR.DK SHARMA, he asked my bank details and he enquired about net banking, I doesn't have net banking then he asked about my first remittance and I was submitted that amount through my credit card, While I replied to transfer that amount through RTGS, NEFT, he told that they hasn't the facility of RTGS, NEFT. Then he asked my credit card details he told that he will remit that amount in my card through online transfer, I told the OTP no blindly and at that time I was just thinking about refund, suddenly I realised that OTP is used to withdraw the cash or payment from Credit Card, I disconnected that call and I contacted to Customer care of my AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD, it was in just 4-5 minuet's delay in connecting the C.C and I told the executive to block my card, he did the job well in few seconds, but between the gap of 4-5 minuet's they have withdrawn 4 payments from my credit card for the amount of Rs.11447/-, I was recognized my mistake but they did fraud with unauthorised withdraw cash from my credit card. Even after blocking my card they have tried to draw a sum of Rs.36000/- through my card, other wise they would have sucked out my credit card limit.

I Taiseen Begum From Hyderabad, I got call from Noida Urgentvacancies regarding job vacancies in HDFC Bank they said to pay 2100 if im not interest they will returned my money back so after paying 2100 they said 5100/- i said i dont want any service refun my money back he said you have complete your processor after that you will get your money back then i paid 5100/- and they said to pay 5100/- i paid again he said to pay 2100/- i paid then again he said to pay 300/- i paid now they are saying that my amount will be not refunded please elp me sir im in a problem please help me i said i want to talk to Management they are transfering their call to executives and he speaking as manager and they are miss guiding me.please call me after receiveing mymail [protected].

After taking payment, they asked me to pay another Rs. 6000.00 for profile completion, this information was not provided earlier. I searched about them on internet and found them fraudulent. After that I called them to refund the amount paid by me, but they denied to return back. I request you to kindly help me out against this fraudulent organisation.

i have regested rs 2100 in urgrnt vacancy.com.They said that this amount is not enough to complete your profile, and you have to pay again rs 5100.I had paid that amount also .again i had received an call from them and they said to pay rs 8100.I refused to pay, they said it is an final amount and you no need to pay any thing else. If you pay this amount you will get an conformation call from the company.Basically i am from poor family i had an two child.even though i have arrenged the money by selling my wife jewls.but still now i dint receive any calls or message from the company.i request them to replace the amount but they are saying we will mot replace it.and person in that urgent vacancies are talking rude.they are saying that you cant get the money back, you do what ever you con.

I got a call from a consultancy named ”URGENT VACANCIES” the representative told me that is registered under Naukri.com he stating me I will get a job of the position of ” nutrition officer” in Nestle.First they informed me I have to show Rs. 10, 000 in my account but later they deducted the amount from my account .After the deduction I tried to call the representative so many times but they did not answer my call. Then I make the payment for few days again there was no response from their side. Suddenly after a week I got a call from “Click your job india pvt ltd” representative Mr Vivan kashap [protected] you have to pay Rs.22, 000 but after argeaging they discounted the amount to Rs.3, 000 & again told me this is the last payment I have to make.Lastly I made the payment. Afterthat I tried to call the representative but again there was no response from their side. Thereafter again I got a call from Mr Vivan kashap [protected] representative o[censored]RGENT VACCANCIES” they told me to pay Rs.5800 to confirm the job.I told the consultancy that before I get the confirmation mail from the company I will not make the payment then I got the mail from Nestle Hr team that you have to pay 5800 this is your last process to get the job & it will be returned at the time of joining.Believing them I made payment next day immediately. But the next day I got a call from Nestle Hr Mr sachin (mob no [protected]), stating that I have to pay Rs.6800 more to get that job.I felt that I was been cheated so I asked the consultancy toi refund back my money but they told me that I have to pay Rs.9800 to get the refund. Then I called the URGENT VACANCIES’s representative & informed them I am going to complain to the police hearing this the Nestle HR team informed me that the same day by 7pm I will get the confirmation mail from the company. Afterthat as I did not receive any confirmation from the company I called the “URGENT VACANCIES” representative & Nestle Hr team member everytime I tried to call them there was no response from there side. There after when I tried to call them they message me we are in a meeting call you later but after that there was no response from there end. Please find the attachment from the “URGENT VACANCIES” & “ Nestle” for your reference. I will be highly obilized if I will get my money back Rs.1500+10200+3000+8100+5800=28600 or Total- 28600 or job in that company with Rs 3.75 p.a. Requesting you to kindly take necessary action & do the needful as early as possible.

Was called by them . They said they are calling on behalf of of a very prestigious job portal ( name not disclosed), so i trusted them and paid them the registration fee of 2360. as soon as i paid this amount they started asking for another amount of around Rs 5000 for document verification. its den struck me that they are not keeping there words and just asking for more and more money..no such job offers as promised were offered..rather they called after every few days for new interviews but only after exchange of a big amount...now i had understood that i had been cheated, i had a hot conversation with the guy and said him that i know i had got fooled but not any further and would complaint regarding this in the consumer court...i also have recorded there phone conversation ... Beware guys of such fraud and do check blocs b4 giving such big amounts to any such company. how r these fraud companies still surviving, although so many companies have been done...I beg the authorised people to please take the necessary actions against them asap...
