Urjakart.com — My money has not been refunded | |||||
I had placed order for two 2HP water pumps on www.urjakart.com and made the full payment as they didn't had COD option. I had placed the order on 1st sept 2016. My order id is #[protected]. They didn't send the product, so I asked them to cancel the order on 8th sept 2016 and return my money. It's been 10 days, they have not returned my money and they are not responding to my emails or my calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Their customer care telephone no nobody lifts and and their e-mail support is only automated response
This is my first purchase from this company. I should have checked internet about this company before placing order and make advance payments.
