I have ordered a Black & Decker KA400 Sheet Sander from Urjakart.com with order No.#[protected] through debit card . they have not updated the order status or shipped my order, there is no customer care support available. No one answers the call and most of the times it does not connect. The payment has been done and since then there is no update shown in the order status. Order raised at 28th jan 2017 When writing the complaint at urjakart only a request number gets generated and no further action is being taken Your request (17783) has been updated...
