I purchased 2 ceiling fans from urjakart for my room on 6th of march 2018 (Copy of order is enclosed), they delivered only 1 ceiling fan on that too a faulty product (Ceiling fan cap is elliptical in shape, it was supposed to be in round shape - photos attached), after complaining via mails, phones and giving reminders to them, they agreed to take a parcel of 1 delivered ceiling fan back and revert the full money in my account, but on a condition that it must be returned back in the same condition as it was packed n delivered to my home, i did have the main box of the fan but i lost the packing of the blades of the fan, hence they did not accept my return by saying a end vendor will not accept half packing and said sorry for non availability of the second product in the market. If they were not sure about the delivery of the second fan why did they take my order, installing two different ceiling fan in the same room doesn't make any sense. Then, i demanded a return of my money of 1 un-delivered ceiling fan, for that they sent me an e-mail on 22nd march that i will get transferred within 5-7 working days, today is the 5th april and i'm still on the same platform, 1 faulty fan with no return of my money for the 2nd ceiling fan, i tried calling them many times, everytime they assure me that someone from their side will call me back on this but till today it is only me who call them, never received a single call from their side. I feel harassed and cheated, not delivered the same product what they promised and now what will i do with this single fan, it is of no use to me.
Now today they are saying the transaction which they initiated on 22nd march went unsucessful, they will do it again
In-efficient, liars, cheaters are the smallest words for them
