Urjakart — No refund and bad customer support

My order no. is[protected] which i place on March 5, 2016 and have to cancle it because i was not getting any write answers from their side. So on march 16 2016 i cancled it as they were delaying a lot in processing it. Now they are not refunding my amount and making false statement about it.

The most pathetic customer support one can ever see in his life. They won't pick your phone untill you have call 5- 6 times, they dont have answers for your questions.
