I have bought a t shirt (999/-) from bangalore. As it has a size issue i visited to ur store district center janakpuri new delhi & store boy hanumant sharma and all your staff was so rude and so pathetic that they argued.. Nd saying t shirt is used & refused to take.. Even i have just tried at once just to check the size & this is so embarrassing with a brand like polo
I have brought so many stuff & got replacement if required from polo.. But this is so wired.. Kindly take a action or i need to take it on another level want to replace. And matter should be resolved by this week.. Kindly revert soon.. I'll expect a better resolution from you otherwise i am going to take a legal action against this brand.
