Dear sir, my name is r k tiwari and presently serving in indian navy at visakhapatnam.
On 08 apr 2018 i purchased two sports lower cost 1199 and 1499 from cmr shopping mall, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.
I only would like to change the size from large to medium of one lower cost 1199.
By mistake i have lost the tag. That's why they denied to exchange. I contact us polo services but they are saying that i have not purchased from their store. Also saying that us polo brand items are not available in cmr shopping mall gajuwaka. Form 09 apr 18 i am contacting here and there please help if possible.
