The flip flops i have ordered on 27 december got delivered on 30th December but now on 18th February the upper part suddenly started coming out so because there is no fault of mine in that. I thought to complain about it. Order id:116102986651480981803...

Hello team,
Please treat this as an escalation based on interaction on one o[censored]s polo store which is located at city walk shopping mall at saket (New delhi), two day's back i have bought a shirt from this store which is not in discount, while checked and noticed that shirt is flawed and for that i went to store, one of guy told me that he will check with manager since it's a defect from company itself so i left the shirt there...

Dear sir, my name is r k tiwari and presently serving in indian navy at visakhapatnam.
On 08 apr 2018 i purchased two sports lower cost 1199 and 1499 from cmr shopping mall, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.
I only would like to change the size from large to medium of one lower cost 1199.
By mistake i have lost the tag. That's why they denied to exchange. I contact us polo services but they are saying that i have not purchased...
