Usha — Apply for a free demo but operater doesn't come yet

2 months ago I purchased one of your sewing machine Allure, apply for a free demo as written on that so, I registered my request for demo, all procedure was done operator no. Was send then he asked for machine photo and bill photo .that also was send by me, then he said I will come with in 2.3 days, but now one passed away but he didn't come yet .now, you tell me what should be done, is your company turst worthy or not .because you are not on your words you loose your customer because of this behavior.
