Repeated complain of not working even after changing PCB. The product must be replaced as this is hampering my daily cooking in home and our food preparation is getting affected.

1st complain no. CC[protected], Dt - 16/6.
2nd complain no. CC[protected], Ref no 7934. Dt - 26/6.(same but intermittent).

I facing last one week to continue usha janome drim stich machine very hard and not operate, so plz send me some video for this problem solution related...

I buy usha fan but it not work properly so I beg to say plz fix it ASAP

I have purchased Cooler o[censored]sha which is Usha Striker 100 ltrs in the last week of march. Now it’s been only 3 months and the cooler needs a repair which needs to be fixed. I raised a complaint on the toll free number on June 15 post which i was given complaint number and was assured that issue will be resolved ASAP. Till today the issue has not been resolved and every-time i call the customer care the every executive tells me the same scripted line “we r working on it and ur issue will resolve in 24-48 hrs”. First of all I want to know according to which watch or calendar they are giving this assurance because according to my calendar or watch which I’m using already it’s more than 10 days since the complaint was raised. Still I am waiting for the issue to get fixed.
You guys have changed the name to Usha International when u r not capable enough to solve the problem in India itself. What kind of customer service you are offering. I was a loyal customer of yours as most of electronics at my house is Usha Products and till now I didn’t faced any issue but now I regret of purchasing the cooler o[censored]SHA as I am being getting penalised for the same as you guys are not ready to resolve the issue.

I purchased Usha food processor in Amazon on 16 October 2020 now it was given problem i am given completely in service Center he came and verified it having problem I told to replace the product but he is not given proper responce

Machine is not working properly.

The person who came from Usha SLV Service provided for the mixer grinder, I paid him the parts price and the service charge, but he said he doesn't have any receipt for the same now and there is no warranty for the parts changed.

I called Usha customer care, and they have put it on hold for around 30 minutes, and still, I have not disconnected the call. The lady was connected for 12 minutes, and then after that, she is not there in the call. I am shocked to see such the worst experience with Usha care this time.

I never expected such bad support from Usha. According to the technician, there is no guarantee of the parts he changed.

Day before yesterday I purchased two funs o[censored]SHA E- SERIES EX9.
Both were install yesterday evening only.
Since yesterday out of two one whenever we use, it makes noise highly.
After spending good money not expected noise from company like USHA.
SO we would advise please arrange to replace the same.
