I have purchased a Aqua GENIE AG10AX 10 liter Storage Water Heater from a showroom, namely, Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd, , Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 27.12.2021 for Rs.7200/- In the box containing the said water heater, it has been mentioned that all the fitting articles are inside the box. But when the staff of your reputed organization came, they said that the pipe is not within the box and let pay Rs.400/-...

Against my complain no [protected] is being same problem.
pl.rectify it correctly...

We have purshed 1 geyser from reliance digital najafgarh on 12/11/2021 but yet not installed i have called customer care of reliance digital and usha company but they are not ready to help what kind of services they are providing i don't understand kindly look into it...

Need help in service of geyser as i have multiple concern....

I purchased Usha sewing Machine ( Janome) during the lockdown period in 2020. I was told that they are not sending home to home demo service because of the Pandemic. They would resume their services once the situation improves. After a long wait and repeated calls, I was finally able to get a conformation for demo at home. I had called on 30th of Oct 21 and was told that the concerned personal would come home after 92 hrs. My complaint number,...

I purchased Usha janome wonder stitch plus automatic sewing machine on 18th October and after purchase i request to usha customer care services free home demo .Customer care employee told our executives will given demo by 60 hours but not visits home and also not called after that again i called customer number and explained this request again customer care executive...

Ws are usha fan dealers from tambaram... usha fan has fault...
