Updated by Vajiha Tahir months ago I purchased one of your sewing machine Allure, apply for a free demo as written on that so, I registered my request for demo, all procedure was done operator no. Was send then he asked for machine photo and bill photo .that also was send by me, then he said I will come with in 2.3 days, but now one passed away but he didn't come yet .now, you tell me what should be done, is your company turst worthy or not .because you are not on your words you loose your customer because of this behavior.

I writing this mail regarding usha services,
I purchased Usha janome wonder stitch plus automatic sewing machine on 18th October and after purchase i request to usha customer care services free home demo .Customer care employee told our executives will given demo by 60 hours but not visits home and also not called after that again i called customer number and explained this request again customer care executive told we will arrange free home delivery earliest but also no response I think before purchasing usha services is best but reality is usha services is worst. I request team usha really think customer Friendly service. please check why delay regarding this service. Why are you promised free home demo this is sales gimmick. I struggled last 10 days and also lost my business. Team usha bare my business lost. This is request mail for regarding this. It's not resolved team usha i Think go to consumer forum court and raise complaint. Think it which one better.

Waiting for your reply still not getting free home demo how many days take arrange free home demo .This is serious matter because this facility requested on last 18 th still not arranged you.
Are think this type service expected customer. This type worst and irresponsible service i can't expect from team usha.

Updated by keerthiga ts I have ordered an usha fan with 5 blades on Amazon on 6 th April 2021. The blade was damaged and the complaint was raised against it. I got mail from support that mail, executive will reach you soon from mail. Also I received one mail but I am not sure if the mail below is usha customer service ([protected]@gmail.com) aked mobile number. I got a call from the number ([protected]). It is one of the fraud services. They planned to cheat the product from my side, I was immediately asked for a replacement, he said ok and I was asked for a few minutes for confirmation. I have tried to call back that number, but it is switched off...

Can you take immediate action for it?
