    I bought 5 Bloom Bell Flower Good Bye Dust 1300mm ceiling fans.
    It is useless fan
    No speed
    No Air circulation
    Nosy
    I lost more then 20000RS
    This is the worst then any local fans without brand
    The brand name is misused to make money,

        Usha fan was ordered on 6 april 2021. The blades was broken last week. I am try to contact the seller which is order from Amazon.

        Amazon customers service was provided sone contact detail and tried to contact but there is no reply and didn't pick the call. I have sent mail to seller but no response from last week.

        Updated by keerthiga ts         I have ordered an usha fan with 5 blades on Amazon on 6 th April 2021. The blade was damaged and the complaint was raised against it. I got mail from support that mail, executive will reach you soon from mail. Also I received one mail but I am not sure if the mail below is usha customer service ([protected]@gmail.com) aked mobile number. I got a call from the number ([protected]). It is one of the fraud services. They planned to cheat the product from my side, I was immediately asked for a replacement, he said ok and I was asked for a few minutes for confirmation. I have tried to call back that number, but it is switched off...

        Can you take immediate action for it?

Mai ek teacher hu.20 August 2021ko maine Singh Electronic Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh se Usha Striker Pedestral fan kharida. 2 din baad hi fan band ho gaya aur tab se ab tak me company ke technicians ne kai bar fan ko dekha 2 bar motor badli gayi phir bhi fan thik nahi hua, abhi bhi fan kharab hai. Maine kai bar technicians se fan ko change/ replacement ke liye request kiya but ye sunate hi nahi kai bar call karane ke baad aate hai. Mai bar bar fan kharab hone se aur Usha customer care service me phone karke pareshan ho gaya hu. Isliye mera Usha company se anurodh hai ki company fan exchange/ change karke mujhe dusara fan pradan kare.
