Dear Sir/Madam

My induction cooktop (USHA) has been malfunctioning .For more than 3 weeks we have been constantly in touch with KHOSLA ELECTRONICS Kankurgachi (from where the item was purchased) and we are being told that engineer would visit us and look after the matter.Till date no one has called or visited us.We are facing real problems due to this.Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I have purchased, electric heater on 6 jun21, it's just 3 montgs, heater stoped working, it's under warranty period, please help me to resolve this problem

Sir, there is a fan o[censored]sha's blue daffodil model at my house, it makes noise from the very beginning, so I had complained about this in the past as well.

Purchased the product on[protected]. Dealer informed that this will be installed free of cost by Company within 48 Hrs. First 30 Hrs no request was raised by dealer although they confirmed over phone that installation request has been raised. Today when I called customer care for registering installation request, the representative warned me that I should confirm from dealer whether a request has already been generated or else if a duplicate request is generated, both the request will be cancelled. I was surprised with the type of reply by this representative. He then took 15 mins querying about various details required for this registration and finally informed that system is having some technical difficulty and this registration is not accepting. He asked me to call again for registering the request. But let me inform that if this is the type of service being provided by USHA (A well known and very reputed Electrical Appliance Manufacturer in India), we will surely loose the faith in you. So kindly resolve this issue.

I bought usha glass top 3 burner gas stove .after few months it is not working properly .I registerd customer complaint through toll free. next day one of the person from your technician team contact me and they asked my my details and said that it is not his locality, someone contact you from your locality. but no one contact me until last two weaks.....

Mist air duos pedestal fan is not working.It sometimes working in low speed though i have holding the swich in high speed.Actually speed buttons is not working and also as well as coal.

I purchased usha food processor usha fp3811 through Amazon. In vide invoice dated 30.07.2021 with in a week o[censored]se grinder jar get stuck and food processor stop working. You are requested to get it repair immediately when approached your service centre in sector 20 panchkula. They told they deal with industries only. ooh
