Usha — Bad product delivered/ service not available

Dear Concern,

Having very bad experiences with USHA air cooler which is not expected.

I purchased a USHA cooler on 25 May 2018 cost 15200 ( Model: CL70PE) even I can purchase couples of cooler in same prices on that time but I choose USHA mistakenly.

Now the machine is not working (power failure issue) hence I raised complain with complain.

The technician called me and asked the issue and demand the Rs 400 service cost for visit only and advance 1000 for spares. Are you allocate any omniscient which known the issue without check.

Is the life of machine is 3-4 year only? Evan local cooler is working so long with less amount of prices. Why are the company sell the product and provide the parts in all location.

Is this the type of services? Please look into the matter and suggest/fix the issue.
