Usha — Ceiling fan stopped functioning within 11 months

My fan no 1488770, 1200 mm ace ex was purchased from baba electricals, g -5, vardhman central mart, sector -3 plot no 2, dwarka, new delhi 110075
date of sale is 14/07/2020 .
The fan have suddenly made cracking kind of sound and have stopped functioning . I hardy use it, as it is under warranty kindly replace it
