I had purchased Usha fan in April 2021 and is under warranty. Unfortunately, in Aug 2022, we faced a problem and customer service sent an engineer, who informed immediate replacement as it is in warranty. Till date the replacement is not being made. I have been making continuous request to the dealer and subsequently to the customer service for last 1 month. The dealer says it does not have the model and the customer service only provides me with some showroom numbers to contact. The showroom gives me other numbers to follow up. I am extremely fed up with the service. Bcoz the product is neither getting replaced and i have been spending a large amount of time and money on the continuous phone calls Was this information helpful? |
