Usha — Faulty product. No action even the product is in warranty. False warranty

I bought usha iron from d-mart on 30th mar 2016. From first day it is not working. It is under warranty and i called usha customer care. They are dodging me saying we will send a technician to repair. Today it is 18th april but no one has reached yet. When i call they give false timeline and say technician will reach in 24-48 hours but no one reaches out to me. I am calling them daily but they give same answer. This is case of fraud. First they sell faulty products with warranty and then give false hopes for repair.

Sir i purchase recently usha juicer mixer grander, ur company very careless, and product quality is very poor, first time juicer damage, and injure my family, and than after reagain mixer damage same during to runing, i complaint to customer care but care less i hate usha product and not advised to any one take to usha brand
