I am not satisfy your cooler quality i have purchaser usha cooler c 503 in 12 may 2015 from sagun sales udaipur but in 2 nd year your leakage problem start i have call to customer care he ask first our executive come your home visit charge is 500 so what will be do with in 2 year cooler will start leakage problem we have why purchase usha local cooler is more convenient because i have use local cooler also they have not a single complain please revert

I have been contacting usha service center from June 20 ND it's been 9 days ND yet no technician arrived for service. Each day dey say by today u vil get d service done. M too frustrated now. Poor service
