Usha International — Bad service from the company for a gesyer

Dear Sir On 19-5-14 i had purchased a geyser (verve) from garrun refrigeration civil lines raidopur, Azamgarh Representative at garrun refrigeration told us that a person from usha will come for repair the geyser into your house with 48 hrs be no one visited for repair.So on tool free no [protected] i booked a complaint, (Request code no - C[protected], Ref. No. 2175) and got assurance that within 2 days service person will come for repair to the purchased products, but fail. I call twice, but after so many reminder nobody come to my home.
