WORST SERVICE EVER. The customer care executives has no idea how to deal with the problems of customers. They are uneducated & illiterate. on 04 june 2018 i have register a complaint about ceiling fan which is under warranty but till now no executive visit the complaint area. no representative are able to resolve the problem. Every time they make register a new complaint & give time for 48 hours for solution but none of the solution received. Guys please dont go with Usha products. The company Gaurav is far better than this worst Usha
