I have purchase 2 ceiling fan Usha Fontana Maple on 09.10.2018 after installation both fans not work properly. I am complain regular last 10 days but till date not visit any engineer from company. Their local service center employee misbehave on phone after complain. I am tired company poor & hopeless service and I also share the experience of this poor service on social media. Usha verve 25 L storage heater leaks and trips. Most probably it needs insulation change and the power cord change as well.
