Dear Sir, I bought the USHA PRIME STITCH MACHINE from M/s. B.N.BHANDARI & CO. Main Road, Ranchi on Dt.15.08.2014 vide Invoice No.761 The machine has suddenly stopped working on 20.10.2014 and a complained was lodged to their call center No.[protected] on 27.10.14 vide Ref.No.723 and was told that service technician woul attend to the machine in a day or two but nobody came. I remminded them again but nobody has come till today 4.01.2014 would request you to please take appropriate action to get the problem sorted out in fact if possible I would seek to get the refund of my money for machine and dump the defective piece on their head.
