[Resolved]  Usha International — Halogen Heater Malfunctioning

Hello, I have purchased a Halogen heater with 2 rods on 17th December 2014 which stopped working from 27th December. I have lodged a complaint C[protected] and was told the call will be attended within 24 to 48 hrs, however this is still not resolved and no one has visited so far. Please note this product is not even one month old and in this winter this is an extremely critical issue. Please get this resolved on an urgent basis. Regards Shaikh Afzal Hossain
