I am a much aggrieved customer who had been deeply disappointed with the recently purchased Usha JMG 3274 Juicer Mixer Grinder.
It's been few weeks now and I had spent quality amount of time talking to the customer support and technicians. By now I have almost
realized that these guys refuse to accept the flaws in the product and will not take back the product.I have also decided to declare
war on this manufacturer and do whatever I can to stop more customers from getting duped with this junk product. I am hopeful that my reviews and proofs on the Internet will deter any prospective buyer.
I have attached all proofs and videos for reference.
This mixer is supposed to be a premium mixie which I thought will be a upgrade over my humble 500W philips (1600RS) mixie which smoked recently after 3 years of trouble free usage. I got this during the Christmas vacation from LULU hypermall Kochi, they were running some discounts and
I got for INR 5900, MRP written is 8495. Generally I buy all products after thoroughly searching in Internet and reading reviews, but for this I just checked the price and few reviews and then it was the gut feel about USHA, they may not go wromg. But I was totaly wrong, don't fall on external beauty, I really really paid the price of it.

THIS MIXER GRINDER DOESN'T DO MIXING AND GRINDING JUST THE MOTOR RUNS WHEN YOU TURN ON
Detailed
- The grinding jar doesn't grind properly the vegetables like ginger-garlic, coconut, onions etc (See video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keRKw_Bs9hY&feature=youtu.be)
- Idli/Dosa batter also was not truning to fine paste even after more than the regular grinding time.
- Juicer leaks (video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCFQZjB6hZw&feature=youtu.be)
-Juicer doesn't extract all juice from the fruits, lot of fruit contents get dumped as waste. (photos attached)
-Quality of Steel used looks of low quality, appears prone to dents and very very thin layer. Quality of plastic also looks fragile.(photos attached)
- Customer support is bad, they bluntly refuse to accept the quality problem, says will fix only if there is any defect. But I am saying the product is fully defective. First they sent a technician he acknowledged the problem, said his manager will call back and left, I waited for 2 days no call, they said issue is closed, second time I called they said will send a senior technician, who called me and asked the problem, seemed lazy to come down, he said I will write report of your complaint and give to customer care. I got SMS complaint is closed.

- I have also posted grievance with LULU customer support haven't received any response but one which said we will look into it.
Not sure how easy it will be to take the issue to consumer court, considering the time and money spent behind that, I am not ruling that out though. But let me atleast do this, sway away all Usha prospective customers from ever buying a USHA product. I am posting this complaint in all
consumer forums in internet. Please stay away from this product and USHA products in general.Don't take Indian consumers for granted.
