Usha International — I am complaining about sewing machine.

I have bought a sewing machine from nearby usha store. But now it is not functioning properly. I couldn't be able to sew any clothes by it. It would affect my work. Its needle gets broken day after day. Its sound is producing noise. I cannot make proper stitches on jeans and hard clothes. I want that you please solve this problem as soon as possible within two to three days.

I was purchased electric iron on 13/11/2019, but now the electric iron is not working properly. Due to some problems we lossed so many cloths, so request you to please provide me the service and make it as soon as possible.
