Usha International — induction cooker

I have purchased usha induction cooker on[protected] from metro cash & carry india private limited, whitefield, bangalore.
S. No: sp[protected]
My issue is now induction cooker has stopped working and it is under warranty. I have been logged a complaint against this issue with usha customer care on[protected]. And doing followup multiple times. They are not responding and resolving my issue.

Please resolve my issue as I'm very tired of complaining again and again... it's been 2 months it's not been resolved and have been trying to get in touch with your customers care but all in vain
Please help me as I use it very often because of my kids and have become very handicap.
