With reference to the juicer purchased from dlf galleria usha international store which was found to be defective and a complaint vide number [protected] was made on 30/11/2015.
The juicer, which is under warrantee, was also handed over to the store for necessary action for replacement or refund of the money,
It has been now about 3.5 months, but we have not got any response from your cwith reference to the juicer purchased from your shop which was found to be defective and a complaint vide number [protected] was made on 30/11/2015.

It has been now about 2.5 months, but we have not got any response from the store or the company.
