With reference to the juicer purchased from dlf galleria usha international store which was found to be defective and a complaint vide number [protected] was made on 30/11/2015.
The juicer, which is under warrantee, was also handed over to the store for necessary action for replacement or refund of the money,

It has been now about 3.5 months, but we have not got any response from your cwith reference to the juicer purchased from your shop which was found to be defective and a complaint vide number [protected] was made on 30/11/2015.
The juicer, which is under warrantee, was also handed over to you for necessary action at your end for replacement or refund of the money,

It has been now about 2.5 months, but we have not got any response from the store or the company.

May I request you to urgently follow up on our complaint and arrange for replacement of the juicer or refund of the money.
